A University of Dayton alumnus, Scott holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a winner of the Dayton Business Journal’s “40 under 40” Award.

Throughout his 20+-year career, Scott Paulson is known for reinventing businesses, maximizing performance, and carrying teams through challenging changes and business crisis. ​As a senior operations leader and equity partner, Scott has played a key role in building two manufacturing enterprises from start-up serving the aerospace, automotive, and flooring industries.

Government and Board Leadership

In addition to his business success, Scott is also an active community leader and collaborative Board Member. As elected President of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township (Ohio’s fourth largest), Scott has brought his business acumen to government operations—growing cash accounts, rightsizing the workforce, and improving performance. Under his leadership, the township has achieved 100% “Excellent” audits by the Ohio Auditor of State. Scott also served as Board Member on the Southern Montgomery County Drug & Alcohol Task Force and the Montgomery County Ohio Land Reutilization Board. As an active participant in local and state government, Scott has significant relationships that can be leveraged for future growth funding from state, local and federal sources.
